Special projects and resources

The vast majority of our work is concerned with supporting clients with the implementation of an organisation wide approach to systematic management. However, over the years we have also enjoyed the opportunity to apply our skills and approaches to smaller projects which have the merit of either extending our knowledge, or of beginning to stimulate a more systematic approach in the client organisation.
Our recent work in this area has included:

	Partnership planning: facilitating sessions for two and three way alliances and for virtual organisations
	Focus QFD: applying QFD to specific aspects of an organisation, e.g. the appraisal process; training courses; selection and job descriptions; event design; product/service/process development.
	Decision making tools: developing modelling and consensus strategies to aid accurate and compelling conclusions

A key part of our work in this area is for the unseen client (the client who is keen to seek resources that helps their own unassisted application) for whom we have created this website and resources library. Why?
