Focus QFD

QFD is an immensely powerful and flexible tool. It provides insight into any situation where a spread of objectives need to be delivered by a series of interdependent mechanisms. Applying QFD provides real clarity and shared commitment over exactly what is to be delivered, and how it is to be done.
