Tesseract is particularly skilled in thinking through the processes necessary to deliver a successful and commonly agreed conclusion to a posed problem. The challenge intrigues us, and we recognise that many of our now mainstream approaches originally developed out of such situations. For instance out initial application of QFD arose from wrestling through the question of how do we get a particular group of client managers to develop a better balance between 'business as usual' and 'continuous improvement'.
Some of our other work in this area has included:

	Spreadsheet models for calculating the impact of particular policies, investments and operating practices on customer service and operating costs
	Scenario testing models for determining the true strength of the values held within the organisation
	Consensus techniques such as the clothesline, and the venn diagram - explained in the case study 'leveraging partnerships'
