A big part of our work as Tesseract, has become the publishing and provision of materials to support clients adopt systematic approaches.
We see the free provision of material as an essential part
of our service. This is for a number of reasons:

	We believe that the adoption of systematic approaches will help to provide a working environment in which it is easier for people to grow to their full potential, and to gain fulfilment from their work
	We see our primary role as adding value to the maximum that is possible for us. However, we do not plan to significantly expand our business, and so we need to find other vehicles for adding value
	Organisations that benefit freely from this work may feel disposed to help others to benefit on the same basis, and so we may, in some small way, be encouraging a more generous and supportive society
