Support in the implementation of systematic approaches

While the planning processes are pivotal to implementing systematic approaches, they are far from the end of the story, and Tesseract often provides support downstream of the workshop.
Typically this support is in the following areas:

	Coaching and Mentoring: supporting managers in their personal adoption and deployment of systematic approaches
	System Design: developing and supporting the development of management systems in areas needed to support the systematic approach e.g. meetings; reporting; appraisal; communication.
	Facilitation: designing and supporting special events and workshops to meet specific needs in an organisations deployment of the systematic approaches
