2	The 'client' is provided with a physical copy of the book 'Managing by Design'
3	The user is an experienced consultant with well developed analysis, planning and facilitation skills, and a good understanding of the client's business
4	The materials are used as part of a contracted programme of work to ensure the 'client' becomes self sufficient in some or all aspects of the work described in the book
5	The user's experience (or lack of it) in applying the materials in similar situations, is made explicitly clear to the client in the contract document
6	Any supplementary materials developed by the user, and used in support of the 'client' in this work, are made freely available to the 'client' for their use in continuing this work themselves
7	The 'user' does not claim any official relationship with, or approval from, Tesseract Management Systems, nor is such implied
8	Ten percent of the commercial revenue arising from the use of these materials is paid to charity via Hand in Hand- all such proceeds will be used to benefit suffering people throughout the world (see the section on Peinao Trust under 'Home > About Tesseract')
9	The 'user' assumes full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use of these materials.
