Resources arranged by type

In this section, resources are organised by type, as follows:

Presentations	provides access to PowerPoint (TM) files which can be used in workshop situations
Guides	provides access to pdf files which can be used as reference and training materials
Tools	provides access to Excel (TM) and other files which can be used to support systematic working
Session Plans	provides access to a number of detailed timeplans, which can be used to structure workshops
Process focus	provides access to materials related to process understanding and development
Book Diagrams	provides access to the diagrams from the book 'Managing by Design'

You may also access the materials 'by purpose' which provides access to the above materials, but grouped by function rather than type.
